Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the MedGuru Platform. Under this policy:
- Return Request Window: We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery.
- Cancellations: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our sellers or merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the product(s).
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, please notify our customer service within 5 days of receipt. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision. - Manufacturer Warranty Products: For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly.
- Refund Timeline: In case of any refunds approved by MedGuru Pharmacy, the refund will be credited to the original payment mode within 5 to 7 business days.
