You can take it at any time of day, with or without food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. The most common side effects include fatigue, swelling in the feet or ankles, sleepiness, dizziness, flushing, and headache. Consult your doctor If any of these bother you, or get worse, or won't go away.
